Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?
The location is unbeatable , enabling easy access to major attractions. The staff was really good, friendly and accommodating.
Some service interactions felt inconsistent , leaving a mixed impression about the hospitality experience.

I liked the style of the hotel, the location and staff (very friendly and extremly helpful)
A little pricey, but perhaps on reflection competitive in the luxury range. I knew the price before booking!

We loved the cozy atmosphere and elegance of our room. The location was perfect for our family outings, and we enjoyed a lovely evening at the nearby garden. Plus, our dogs were welcome.
My wife says that the kids wished there were more family-friendly activities indoors.

A great young staff with eagerness to help and to exceed expectations. The hotel is located in a very centralized location and has great rooms, speciosus, and luxurious. The spa was great. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Ordering tickets through the hotel had an extra charges which were a bit high.

Truly enjoyed having exceptionally nice breakfast.
It was clean, everyone was absolutely charming and amazing. Had exceptionally nice room with gates, cozy bed and pillows. Central heating, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card were available here. The location was super and brilliant, close to a Roman Catholic church. I ate at the Michelin star rated restaurant near the hotel.

Unexpected warmth and service
Waking up in our luxurious Junior Suite seemed like living in a dream, complemented by the staff's unwavering attention. The location was perfect for leisurely strolls through the city.
We faced a minor hiccup when our shower's water temperature fluctuated unpredictably, making it quite a challenge to enjoy our morning routines.

The hotel is beautiful! (Because of the contemporary style, the bathroom, bedside tables and desk/table en the room is not as comfortable as in more conventional luxery hotels, but it is much more beautiful.) The staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and the location is excellent. The atmosphere of the public areas is wonderful. I love the bar and as a single traveler they made me feel as ease and treat me like a queen. The chef is very good! Service in the restaurant still need some attention, but I'm sure will get there. In general...this hotel is a jewel and anybody will do himself a favour to go and stay there. I'll deffinitly return.

Le Burgundy Hotel had a very approachable staff who catered to most of my needs very well. The concierge in particular were first-rate and swiftly dealt with all of my requests. The amenities and the cleanliness of the hotel room are what I would expect of a five star hotel in a major city.
My biggest problem with this hotel was the overpowering perfume/fragrance at the reception. As soon as you enter the hotel it does hit you and it's not a pleasant initial experience. The rooms could also be a little bigger given the price but I guess the location makes up for some of it.

Le Burgundy Paris is a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to the iconic sights. The Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great, with a rich selection that fueled our days. But the best part was the staff-they were great was nice.
None at all!

Wonderfully comfortable bed and excellent blackout curtains/double glazing. Little treats were delicious. Very prestigious address and walking distance from musee d'orsay.
The prices. 25 Euros to watch a 1948 movie! (Casablanca) Booked this as a lavish gift for someone who couldn't go and ending up taking their place because the hotel refused to refund. I appreciate non-redundable booking policy but disappointed that a 5* hotel stuck to this when given apply notice.

The staff were excellent. The location was excellent. Having the luxury of a swimming pool (to ourselves!) in the centre of Paris was wonderful.
We expected much larger rooms for the high price of the hotel - they looked bigger and more design orientated on the website. The cost of any extras such as breakfast, pay-per-view films, or anything from the minibar was ridiculously high (eg 25 Euros to watch a film in your room,30 Euros for breakfast, 8 Euros for some nuts!)

Exquisite spa services and amenities.
The front desk staff was dismissive and rude when we encountered issues accessing our room. We arrived at our room only to find the cleaning staff still there, causing us significant delays as we were late for commitments. The manager, rather than helping us resolve the situation, insisted we wait outside, disregarding our concerns and becoming argumentative. This lack of customer service.

This place suits me perfectly! With a relaxing spa, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception, I feel well taken care of. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with plug adaptors, which I still remember. They're warm and professional! I'll definitely return for another weekend.

The proximity to St Honore, Pont Alexander iii, the gardens and the general sophisticated feel of the area were the main points. Specific to the hotel, the staff, the quiet room and free access to reliable wireless connection. And of course the complimentary h2o.
The cleaning of the rooms are left a bit too late. One day our room was not cleaned until about 4pm.Between 12 noon and 2pm would be better. We stayed for 6 nights and the sleepers were not replaced at all.
